Robert Kennedy Foundation

Robert Kennedy Foundation

The Robert F. Kennedy Foundation has been a shining beacon of human rights advocacy since 1968. That was the year, inspiration behind the Foundation, former attorney general, senator and civil rights activist Robert F Kennedy was so tragically gunned down.

His words still resonate with all those who believe a peaceful world is attainable: "Tame the savageness of man and make gentle the life of this world."

Since then the Foundation has worked tirelessly for a more just and peaceful world. The organisation works with local activists to ensure lasting positive change in governments and corporations. Its team is bolstered by leading attorneys, advocates, entrepreneurs and writers – all united by a commitment to social justice. The Foundation has pursued litigation across the globe on key human rights issues, educated millions of students in human rights advocacy and fostered a social good approach to business and investment.
